Sterling Silver Oval Double-Sided Man in the Maze/ Kachina Dancer Pendant
Oval 2 Sided Man in the Maze/ Wolf Pendant
By Eddison Wadsworth, Hopi artist
This incredible double-sided spinning pendant features traditional, bold Hopi symbols. Eddison Wadsworth employs the sterling silver oxidation and overlay process to enliven the Hawk Kachina Dancer and Man in the Maze depicted on this 2 inches long and 1.5 inch wide pendant. Total hang with the bale is 2 1/2 inches. On one side of the pendant, the Man in the Maze has his arms up, indicating the beginning of his journey. On the other side, a kachina dancer raises his arm to the sky, surrounded by storm clouds and a small pueblo building with a smoking chimney.
